Location: Wayne, NJ

About this project:

In Wayne, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a water heater failure in the basement utility room. The sheetrock, insulation, concrete, and content materials were damaged. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the residence to resolve the situation. After the areas were thoroughly inspected, Adam determined the most effective course of action to dry the home and communicated directly with the customer. Once the water was extracted, technicians strategically removed all unsalvageable materials and steam clean sanitized the area. 15 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 air scrubber were set up to dry the property and filter the air. After only 3 days, the home was restored, and all equipment was retrieved.
