Job completed for Basement Leak in Sparta Home

This homeowner from Sparta, NJ experienced a leak from the basement laundry room. The leak caused damage to three rooms on two levels of the home. The affected materials were carpet, padding and concrete. 

Northeast PowerDry Project Manager, Joe, arrived at the home in less than 90 minutes. Upon inspection, he found out that the leak was due to a broken pipe in the laundry room. Joe explained the process with the customer and assisted them in filing an insurance claim. Our technicians arrived shortly after to do the cleanup and installed two air movers, one air scrubber, and two dehumidifiers to quickly dry the home. In two days, the customer was happy to see the affected areas dry, clean, and water-free!
