Why did the customer contact us?

A homeowner in Stirling, New Jersey, experienced a toilet drain clog that caused a backup in the finished basement. The clog occurred a week prior to when the homeowner noticed the damage. Water slowly seeped through the drywall, paneling, insulation, and onto the contents. Due to the extent of time that moisture was present, mold had begun to develop on the bottom half of the walls. When the customer realized what happened, he immediately called Northeast PowerDry to take on the challenge.

Solutions Provided:

When Northeast PowerDry Project Manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the home, he thoroughly inspected the damage. Adam communicated the full scope of work to the customer. Once all damaged materials were removed and the area was cleaned and disinfected the technicians installed drying equipment. The customer was grateful that we were able to get the work started that day and had their home back to normal in just a few days.
