In Union, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a hot water heater leak in their finished basement. The vinyl tile, sheetrock, concrete flooring, baseboards, and content materials throughout 4 rooms of the basement were damaged. The customer was worried that mold would begin to develop and wanted the situation to be resolved as soon as possible.

Solutions Provided:

When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the residence he inspected the damage thoroughly. He determined that 13 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 large injectidry machine were needed to effectively restore the property. Once the full scope of work was approved by the customer, technicians removed unsalvageable materials and installed the required equipment. After only 4 days, the home was fully dry and all equipment was retrieved. The customer was extremely satisfied with our ability to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
