Why did the customer contact us?

Northeast Power Dry received a call from a homeowner in Englewood, New Jersey, regarding a sewage leak that resulted in the basement being flooded with standing sewer water. The affected part of the basement was the unfinished concrete flooring. The customer wanted the water extraction and area decontamination to be done correctly, so she did not want to take it upon herself. Due to the extent of damage and the nature of the loss, the home required immediate restoration.

Solutions Provided:

Northeast Power Dry project manager, Scott Upshaw, arrived on the property, assessed the damage, and determined that 1 air mover, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air filtration device were required to effectively dry the property. Scott also noted that an air scrubber was needed immediately to provide cleaner air to the customer. A team of technicians then installed the equipment and the property was dry in 3 days. The home was restored, and all equipment was retrieved. The customer was very satisfied with our ability to handle the situation quickly, professionally, and correctly.
