Job completed for Sewer Backup in Basement

A homeowner in Morristown experienced a sewer backup that occurred in the basement. Carpet and padding, plywood floor, insulation and concrete materials were affected. Northeast PowerDry headed over to resolve the situation immediately. 

Northeast PowerDry Project Manager, Scott, immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly inspected the damage. He communicated the process with the customer and determined the best course of action. Two of our experienced technicians cleaned and sanitized the basement and affected areas. After that drying machines were installed to complete the process and get the home back in order.
