In Warren, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered water damage caused by the storm. They have a sump pump in the basement to help avoid any flooding; however, the pump failed, and the basement was filled with standing water. The damage affected ceramic tile, carpet and padding, drywall, and insulation materials. The homeowner needed our immediate assistance to dry their home.

When our Project Manager, Tom, arrived on-site, he thoroughly inspected the damage and communicated the process to the customer. Our technicians extracted the excess water, removed the drywall and baseboard’s wet parts, cleaned and sanitized the areas. There were twenty seven air movers, two dehumidifiers and one air scrubber installed to effectively dry the home.
