Our team received a call from a homeowner in Warren, New Jersey, regarding water damage in their basement. About two inches of water entered the unfinished basement and affected the walls and concrete flooring in the area. The homeowner required immediate assistance to get their home dry.

Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Trey, arrived at the home to complete an inspection. Upon inspection, he detected a high moisture level in the wood beams, the concrete flooring was wet, and other contents in the basement were also affected. After inspection, Trey sat down with the homeowner and discussed the scope of work. Two of our technicians began to steam clean and sanitize all areas affected. In addition, four air movers, one dehumidifier, and one air scrubber were installed to dry the home effectively.
