This home in Summit, New Jersey, experienced a toilet back up that occurred in the basement. The back up has caused damage to four rooms in the property. Water slowly seeped through the tile and laminate flooring, including the walls. The homeowner needed immediate assistance in drying out their property.

Solutions Provided:

When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Thomas Murin, arrived at the residence, he thoroughly inspected the damage. He communicated the scope of work to the customer and assisted them in filing an insurance claim. Once that was settled, all damaged materials were removed and the area was cleaned, technicians installed drying equipment. Using 9 air movers and 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber, the home was dry in 3 days.
