At this residence in Edison, New Jersey, the homeowner experienced flooding in the apartment due to the fire sprinkler going off. The sprinklers and hot water heater released 70 gallons of glycol that affected the walls, flooring, and content of 8 rooms. Upon the arrival of Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam Steig, the rooms were inspected and the best course of action was determined. In order to mitigate this loss, 1 air scrubber, 1 dehumidifier, and 19 air movers were installed.
