At a condo complex in Bedminster, New Jersey, a customer suffered from an HVAC leak that was occurring in the neighboring upstairs unit. Water leaked through the floor of the upstairs home, damaging 6 rooms of the house below. The insulation, drywall, carpet, padding, framing, trim, and concrete materials in the unit below were affected. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Mike, arrived at the residence, he inspected the damage and determined the most effective drying process. Technicians extracted the water from the home and removed all extensively damaged materials that were unable to be salvaged. 9 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, 1 air scrubber, and 1 injectidry machine were set up throughout the home. In 3 days, the property was dry.
