This home in Highland Park, NJ, suffered from a crack in the main drain pipeline. 4 rooms in the home were affected, including the basement, bathroom, and stairwell. The leak had been ongoing and jeopardizing the area before the homeowner noticed. There was visible growth of mushrooms and mold. The sheetrock, carpet, rubber mat flooring, and baseboards were damaged in the area. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam, arrived at the residence, he inspected the situation and explained the scope of work. A crew of two technicians removed all unsalvageable materials and installed 12 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 2 air scrubbers to dry the property entirely.
