This home in Warren, New Jersey, suffered from a hot water heater leak and a pipe burst in the ceiling of their finished basement. Multiple rooms in the basement were affected, including the drywall, studs, and wood trimming materials. When experienced Northeast Power Dry project manager, Scott, arrived at the residence, he directed technicians to run moisture tests on the sections of the walls that were damaged by the water. Our team then removed the wall and ceiling areas that could not be salvaged due to the high levels of moisture. 7 air movers and 1 dehumidifier were then set up to ensure drying. The water was dried within 4 days.
