In Warren, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a sewer backup in their finished basement. The basement bathroom, family room, and utility room were affected. The tiling, concrete, drywall, insulation, and base all suffered from the water incident. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Mike, arrived on site he removed the sewer water, and the area was steam cleaned sanitized. Due to the extent of damage to the materials, some tiling, drywall, and baseboards needed to be removed from the basement to ensure no future complications due to this issue.
