This building in Bernardsville, New Jersey, experienced a water leak from a broken filter on the second floor. The carpet pad, drywall, concrete, wood framing, insulation, and plaster were all affected. Northeast Power Dry sent in the project manager, Scott, to assess the damage and come up with a plan of action. Scott then sent in two technicians to dry the affected areas with 10 fans and 2 dehumidifiers. The building was dry and all the equipment was removed in just 3 days.
