This home in Sayreville, New Jersey suffered from a hot water heater leak that resulted in 3 inches of standing water in the finished basement. The flooding affected the walls, floors, and content in the basement. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the home, she instructed two technicians to extract the standing water and disinfect the affected areas. Then, she instructed the technicians to install 13 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 injectidry machine in order to dry the affected areas.
