Northeast Power Dry received a call from a homeowner in Warren, New Jersey, regarding a sump pump failure. The homeowner stated that the wood floor and carpet in their finished basement was affected. They needed immediate help to prevent any further damages.

Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, DawnMarie, was dispatched to the home to inspect the damage. Upon inspection, it appeared that eleven rooms across the home were affected. DawnMarie communicated the scope of work to the homeowner and immediately got approval to start the work. Our technicians began to extract the carpet, and removed all the unusable materials in the space. After that, all areas were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and we installed sixty air movers, two dehumidifiers, one air scrubber and one hardwood machine to thoroughly dry the home.
