About this project:

In Livingston, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a pipe break that occurred in the basement. The break caused damage to the vinyl, underlay, sheetrock, quarter round, contents, and concrete materials across 7 rooms in the property. NEPD project manager, Adam Steig, immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly inspected the damage. After inspection, Adam communicated the full scope of work to the customer and gladly assisted them in filing an insurance claim. Once that was settled, all damaged materials were removed, and the area was cleaned, technicians installed drying equipment. Using 14 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, 1 air scrubber, and 2 small inject dry machines, the home was dry in 3 days.
