Drain Pipe Clog in South Orange, NJ

This home in South Orange, New Jersey, experienced a drain pipe clog that caused the downspout to discharge into the finished basement. This caused damage to the vinyl plank flooring, sheetrock, baseboard, built-in cabinets, and tile floor in 6 different rooms of the basement. After extracting the water from the vinyl plank flooring, Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam, decided the vinyl floor needed to be removed due to water underneath it. After removing the floor, 24 air movers, 3 small injectidry machines, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 air scrubber were used to dry the remaining areas.
