Water Softener Leak in Chester, NJ

The night after Christmas we received a call from a homeowner in Chester, NJ. The home had a backup in their water softener causing it to discharge into the sewer line. We sent our project manager, Chris, to the home to inspect the damage. Upon inspection, Chris determined that the three rooms in the basement would need the carpet removed. After the removal, eight fans and one dehumidifier were placed in the basement for three days of drying.
