At a home in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, a hot water heater leak occurred in the finished basement of the house. The carpet, padding, sheetrock, baseboards, vinyl floor, concrete floor, and contents throughout 4 rooms were affected. When our experienced project manager, Adam, arrived at the home, he inspected the damage and explained the scope of work to the homeowners. Two technicians then extracted the water from the carpeting and installed 16 air movers, 2 large and 1 small injectidry, and 1 dehumidifier. After only 3 days, the home was fully dry.
