At this home in Skillman, New Jersey, the homeowner experienced a pipe leak from within the wall between the utility room and coat closet of the home. The leak affected the carpet, padding, baseboards, cabinets, hardwood, tile, sheetrock, and contents throughout 9 rooms of the house. When Adam Steig, Northeast Power Dry project manager, arrived at the residence, he detected elevated moisture readings in the bedroom, closet, hallway, utility room, dining room, and kitchen. He communicated the scope of work to the customer. Technicians installed 26 air movers, 7 hardwood floor machines, 5 dehumidifiers, and 3 large injectidry machines to restore the property.
