About this project:

This home in Old Bridge, New Jersey suffered a pipe break that occurred in the second-floor bathroom. The water ran down the ceiling and hardwood floor on the first floor of the property. NEPD project manager, Thomas Murin, responded to the call and immediately arrived at the loss address. Upon inspection, Tom found mold on the wall between the two bathrooms on the second floor. He immediately communicated the scope of work to the customer and spoke to their insurance and was then given approval for the work needed. After that, our technicians removed the ceiling and continued with cleanup and disinfection of the areas affected. 2 dehumidifiers, 2 air scrubbers, and containment was set up for faster drying.
