Washer Drain Line Leak in Toms River, NJ

In Toms River, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a washer drain line leak in the basement. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michael Leslie, arrived at the residence to evaluate the damage. Upon inspection, it shows that the water ran out to the laundry area and living room. The floating floor over the concrete has absorbed water and has buckled. Mold also started to develop on a small part of the drywall and some on the baseboard. Mike immediately took action after he discussed the process with the customer. Two technicians removed the unsalvageable materials and deeply sanitized the affected areas of the home. After that, drying machines were installed to quickly dry the property.
