Job completed for Multiple Pipe Breaks in Annandale Home

A homeowner, in Annandale New Jersey, experienced pipe breaks in multiple areas of her home affecting the bathroom, bedroom, hallway, and partially finished basement. The pipe breaks resulted in 3 levels of the home to be affected resulting in damage to the tile, hardwood, linoleum, and carpet flooring.

Our Project Manager arrived at the home in an hour. After communicating the extent of the damage with the homeowner he determined that 3 technicians were needed to remove some of the dry wall and ceiling tiles. Once finished with the removal, the crew set up 56 air movers, 5 dehumidifiers, 1 air scrubber, and hardwood floor machines to properly dry the areas. After 3 days the drying process was complete, and the equipment was picked up. The homeowner was pleased to have a dry home once again.
