The carpeting, moldings, structural wood, and concrete floors were affected throughout the area. The customer’s insurance company referred us to complete the water mitigation services. The customer requested that we arrive at a specific time in the afternoon that worked best with their schedule. In need of restoration assistance, the homeowner relied on Northeast PowerDry to complete the job.

Solutions Provided:

Northeast PowerDry Project Manager, Angelo Curro, arrived at the residence precisely at the specified time. He inspected the damage thoroughly and detected elevated moisture readings throughout the basement. Angelo communicated directly with the customer to discover the most effective course of action. A section of the carpeting needed to be removed to avoid future mold development in the area. Technicians then installed 6 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber to dry the home properly. After only 3 days, the equipment was retrieved and the house was restored.
