A homeowner, in Somerset New Jersey, experienced a sewer backup that affected her finished basement, laundry room, hallway, and bathroom. There was damage to the carpet flooring, padding and baseboards but no standing water.

Our Project Manager arrived to assess the damage and communicate his findings to the homeowner. Shortly after the Project Manager got a crew out to the home, 2 techs were needed to install the equipment to begin the drying process. 10 air movers, 1 large dehumidifier, 1 small dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber were used. The areas were completely dried in 3 days, leaving the customer satisfied.
