Why did the customer contact us?

Northeast Power Dry received a call from a business owner in South Orange, New Jersey, regarding a commercial building that suffered from a sewer leak. Five rooms of the building were affected, including the office area. In all of the basement rooms, there was a high amount of moisture. The concrete floors, drywall, framing, tiles, and baseboard materials were damaged. This customer needed immediate assistance in getting the situation stabilized, and his building restored.

Solutions Provided:

Northeast Power Dry experienced project manager Michael Kowal, arrived on site to resolve the situation. The project manager coordinated communication between the management company to receive approval for finding out the belongings, drying out the house, and completing the job. Once that was settled, technicians extracted the water and installed 6 air movers, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier. The Northeast Power Dry crew was happy to work with the customer in doing whatever they could to minimize stress and restore the property
