Job completed for Sump Pump Failure

Northeast Power Dry received an urgent call regarding a sump pump failure. The sump pump stopped working when the customer was out of town. This caused over 2 feet of standing water in the basement of the home! When disaster strikes while the homeowner is out of town, this leaves them frantic. Luckily, Northeast Power Dry was here to help.

Project manager, Michele, drove to personally meet with the customer. She was able to assist the customer in setting up and determining a plan of action. The homeowner was extremely grateful for assistance while he was not home. Michele walked the customer through the steps and reassured him of everything we were doing in the home while he was out of town. The first step was to pump out and extract the standing water. After this was completed, Michele instructed two Northeast Power Dry technicians to install 13 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 air scrubber in order to dry the affected areas. In just five days, the home was dry again! The customer was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.
