A homeowner experienced a toilet overflow in their main-floor bathroom in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. The water ran down into the basement and affected the ceiling, drywall, and baseboards. The homeowner needed immediate assistance with drying out their home.

Solutions Provided:

Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Paul Monteleone, arrived at the home in less than one hour for inspection. He took moisture readings and thoroughly assessed the areas affected. Paul communicated the scope of work to the homeowner and got the work started. Two of our technicians arrived to do the cleanup and installation of drying machines. Our team removed the laminate floor and wet part of the ceiling to ensure proper drying. In order to successfully dry and sanitize the affected areas, our technicians used fifteen air movers, three dehumidifiers, and inject dry machines. The home was dry within three days and the equipment was removed.
