There was a significant amount of pre-existing mold throughout the space causing a strong microbial smell. The area needed drying and mold remediation.

Solutions Provided:

When Northeast PowerDry received the call, our Project Manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the home as soon as possible. He inspected the water damage thoroughly and spoke to the customer to come up with the most effective course of action. Once the water was removed, and all unsalvageable materials were disposed of, 2 technicians installed 5 air movers, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier to dry the closet and filter the air. In only 3 days, the area was dry and all equipment was removed from the house.
