In Branchburg, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a water leak from their air conditioner unit. 2 inches of standing water resulted from the leak, affecting the concrete floors and wall materials of the unfinished basement. Upon arrival, Northeast Power Dry project manager, Christopher Penrose, inspected the loss and detected elevated moisture levels. The most effective course of action was communicated to the customer. To mitigate this loss, technicians installed 9 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers to reduce RH levels and expedite the drying process.
