At a clubhouse in Somerset, New Jersey, a roof leak caused water to seep into the building. The drywall, framing, concrete, and glue down carpet were affected by the loss. When Mike, our experienced project manager, arrived, he inspected the damage and communicated directly to the customer. As per the customer’s request, all materials were able to be salvaged, and equipment was positioned to ensure effective drying. Technicians set up 4 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber to completely dry all affected areas.
