This home in Princeton, New Jersey, experienced a sewer back up in the shower drain and toilet overflow in the studio. The backup had caused damage to the hardwood floor, wood moldings, tile, and structural softwood in the property. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Angelo, was sent in to evaluate the damage. Angelo decided the first step was to steam clean and disinfect the flooring. After the cleaning process, Angelo instructed our two technicians to install 9 fans and 1 dehumidifier to dry the property.
